So, I was super nervous about how this was going to go. 1•ve heard rumors that the screening process was a joke and that one could just go in and tell the Doc that your toe hurts, and he would prescribe. I didn’t want that, I have a legitimate reason both pain and PTSD and wanting to avoid pain killers and benzos, I knew this was the safer and less dangerous route! So, when I called I spoke with Susan, who is one of my favorite people on the planet now, and she got me an appointment. I asked several questions to which she had every answer and by the time my appointment arrived I was completely ready to meet the Doc. I took plenty of records and my fees were ready on my debit card. I paid and completed my paperwork and when I met the Doc I was so pleasantly surprised. His office was so nice and clean and relaxing. He was so calm and listened to everything I
I had to say and even offered some suggestions on pain management. He asked me to tell him a joke while he was filling out my paperwork and promptly told me one that nearly caused me to fall over with laughter. After Susan took such good care to explain in detail what my next steps were and even offered to watch to see when my temp card was approved and print it for me. 4 days later Susan called and told me my card was ready. When I explained that I would have to wait until another day because I didn't get off work in time, she told me she would wait, and she did! These folks are amazing and if they are in business I will not go anywhere else for my renewals. I will always recommend NV Elements for every person interested in becoming a cannabis patient. Don't even waste your time, just call and make an appointment and go get it there!
